Dad heads to hospital for birth of quintuplets, doctors inform him there’s no babies inside of her

Expecting fathers are as excited as the mothers-to-be. Babies are blessings to a family and this is multiplied by five for a man and his girlfriend who are expecting quintuplets.

This dad was too excited to meet his five newborns at the hospital only to find out that everything was just a result of make-believe.

Nothing is more heartbreaking than learning that your girlfriend is not really pregnant and this is more painful because they were not only expecting one, but five babies.

Paul Servat and Barbara Bienvenue met online one summer. After two months of dating, Barbara told him that she is pregnant and he would be a father soon.

Although their relationship was just budding, Servat put all of his time, energy, and emotions to make sure that everything is prepared for their baby. However, things changed.

Barbara started telling him that she’s pregnant with twins. Then the twins became triplets, then it became quadruplets, and her final number is that Servat will be a father to quintuplets.

Five is such a big number when it comes to the number of babies during pregnancy but Servat remained positive. He was very excited about the pregnancy and the idea of raising five babies.

He made sure that he will pick out each of the baby’s name. Even Servat’s parents were also excited to meet their grandchildren soon.

The news that this new couple is going to have quintuplets suddenly went public and the local businesses and the entire community invested their time and their lives in helping prepare for these babies’ arrival.

This became a big news and many people donated items to help the family out. The couple already has five cribs sitting in Servats’ home but they would remain empty until the babies are born.

The time to deliver the babies came. Servat brought his girlfriend to the hospital but not long after they arrived, a nurse pulled this expecting father on the side to share the heartbreaking news.

Blood tests show that Bienvenue was not pregnant and what’s worse is that they told Servat that his girlfriend was NEVER pregnant.

She did not need to be on labor and be brought to the delivery room. What she needed was psychiatric observation because of a phantom pregnancy.

Pseudocyesis or “phantom pregnancy” can be purely psychological and this is the appearance of different clinical or subclinical signs and symptoms that are associated with pregnancy.

According to experts, phantom or false pregnancy can be caused by the changes in the endocrine system of the body.

Secretion of hormones happen and this causes physical changes similar to those of women during pregnancy which includes lactation and distended abdomen.

This is what happened to Servats’ girlfriend.

A local resident who had triplets befriended her, shared tips about what to do and where to get financial help for her children once they are born.

She shared that nobody knew that this was not real because even the way Bienvenue walks, she has the posture of a truly pregnant woman!

Bienvenue is now undergoing psychiatric treatment. She said, “I’ll return all these things to people who sent them or give them (away). I’m a good person and I have nothing to do with these lies.

” She was diagnosed with true pseudocyesis and this means that she actually believed that she was pregnant.

This may have been a traumatic experience for Servat but many are hoping that he would one day experience the true joy of being a father.

Neighbor sees boy’s shadow in window of abandoned house before cop goes in with search warrant

The Detroit Police Department recently entered what they thought was an abandoned home. With a search warrant in hand, the officers were initially looking for drugs. But as the narcotics investigators looked around, what they found was much more horrifying.

There was no heat, no working toilet and no windows — but there were seven children who lived among the filth and squalor. The kids ranged in age from 9 months to 9 years old.

There were no beds… feces covered the floor… a deceased dog was rotting inside… and two guns were also found. Detroit Police Lt. Johnathan Parnell said the scene was the worst case of child neglect he’d seen in his 28 years of law enforcement.

The news crew from FOX 2 went to inspect the house for the story, then discovered a mysterious woman inside. However, she refused to answer any questions.

For the most part, the neighbors were completely stunned and didn’t think anyone actually lived there. But there were red flags.

On one occasion, a neighbor named Diana noticed a child. “I seen a little boy,” she told FOX. “I don’t know how old he was — maybe about 5 or 6 — in the window. He had no shirt on and I just know it was cold that day. I just said, wow — but I didn’t know. I haven’t seen nobody in a while,” she said.

All seven kids were taken to the hospital and are now in the care of Child Protective Services. The children’s father was reportedly taken into custody, though their mother has not been arrested.

Thankfully, the children are now safe from harm’s way.

Military dog is torn away from beloved sergeant. 2 years later, she hears him screaming her name

Sergeant Jason Bos and his K9 partner Cila spent five years side-by-side in Iraq. They were together through 100 missions which included working with the secret service and detecting roadside bombs.

But when the sergeant retired in 2012 due to a back injury, he headed back to the states… without Cila, a beautiful. chocolate labrador.

Depressed and heartbroken, Sgt. Bos wasn’t sure if he’d ever be reunited with his best friend ever again.

Two years passed, and not a day went by that Sgt. Bos didn’t think about his Cila. However, fate intervened when Bos learned that Cila was about to retire from her service, too.

With the help of the American Humane Association and Mission K9 Rescue, Cila was flown all the way from Germany to Chicago to reunite with Sgt. Bos at O’Hare International Airport. The second Cila hears Sgt. Bos’ voice, she knows it’s him.

“So, what’s the future hold for you two old soldiers?” the cameraman asks Sgt. Bos.

While he responds by saying he’d like to work with veterans and help them deal with the struggles post-deployment, he’s happy to say that Cila will be put to work… as a couch potato.

Together again, the two retired soldiers are now living their lives of retirement at Sgt. Bos’ home in Michigan.

Man finds $5 fag at flea market, closer look at writing on it makes his heart drop

A flag immediately caught a man’s attention while he was visiting a flea market. It wasn’t the $5 price that had him taking a closer look, however, but rather all the words penned on the stripes. It was immediately clear what needed to be done.

Walter Brown and his wife Lanie were shopping a flea market just south of Hemphill, Texas when something caught Walter’s eye. Although they were shopping for a holster for Lanie’s new Walter P22 pistol, they stopped to look when they spotted a pile of flags for sale. “Come look at this,” Walter said to Lanie shortly after he began sifting through them.

In his hands was a flag that was years old, covered in writing. So, Walter began to read. The inked messages on the white stripes were for a fallen lance corporal, TODAY reported. “Fred, you were a good Marine and we will always remember you,” someone had written, while another added, “Hey CHEEKS, wherever you are, make sure you watch over us.”

“The rank is specific to the Marines, that’s what caught our eye,” recalled Lanie, whose son and son-in-law both joined the Marines, according to The Houston Chronicle.

The Browns’ son explained that it was a “tribute flag” which had been signed by the other members of the fallen Marine’s platoon and that it should have been included in a package to the family, along with the fallen Marine’s personal effects and a letter from his commander. So, Walter and Lanie knew what they had to do.

The Browns, with help from their daughter and her husband, determined the flag was for Fred Lee Maciel, a 20-year-old Marine who died in Iraq in 2005.

Then, they tracked down Patsy Maciel, Fred’s mother. So, many years after receiving the worst news of her life, telling her son was killed in a helicopter crash, she received a message from the Beaumont couple’s daughter, saying they had found something she would want. But, mailing it wasn’t an option.

The Browns knew that the tribute flag Fred’s fellow platoon members had made in his honor had to be hand-delivered to his mother in Humble.

“Patsy, our family feels so honored to have been chosen to find this flag,” Lanie told the mother of the Marine as the tribute flag was given to her. “Thank you for sharing this piece of your boy with us,” Lanie added before passing Patsy a small rectangular box.

The two embraced in front of a crowd of family members, friends, and Patriot Guard Riders, who had gathered at the grave of the fallen Marine for a ceremony in his honor.

During one of the single biggest losses of American lives in Iraq and Afghanistan, Fred was one of 31 American servicemen killed in a crash 220 miles west of Baghdad in a severe sandstorm.

Patsy was sleeping when TV channels began reporting the crash. Her mother woke her to tell her what had happened, but Patsy told her the military would have informed family before the incident was reported on the TV.

“We were arguing about it when they knocked on my door,” Patsy said. “I was crushed,” she recalled. “I didn’t know how to make memories without my son.”

Although she had received her son’s official flag and other effects, the tribute flag never made its way to her. Now that it has, “It’ll be with me ’til I die,” she said.

“It was a simple twist of fate it wasn’t someone else finding a flag meant for me and my husband,” she added. “This is a piece of my son I’m getting back,” she said. “It’s a great feeling.”

It’s not clear how the flag ended up at the flea market. Owner Fred Yahne believes it may have been among the contents of one of the many storage units his shop buys at auction.

“I didn’t know what it was when I was processing the boxes,” he said. “I really wanted to see what it was.” He had put the flag on one of the market’s main counters to look at it later, but his wife sold it before he had a chance.

“I would want that if it was one of my sons,” added Yahne, who has two children who served in the Army.

At the ceremony, Fred Maciel’s family wore shirts featuring photos of the late Marine with the words “We sent a boy to become a man, and he became our hero.”

Patsy admits, she didn’t want her son going off to war, but Fred enlisted before he even graduated, coming home from high school one day to tell his mom he’d joined the Marines.

“I cried for three days trying to convince him not to (join),” Patsy recalled. “I lost that fight,” Patsy added. “His dream was to be a Marine, and I had to let him do that,” she explained, “I’m proud of him, that he died doing what he loved.”

Little girl calls 911 to save her dad’s life and her conversation with the operator is hilarious

A kid that can save your life. Now, that’s a kid worth having.

Thanks to the quality schools that we have now and the action of good parents, a lot of kids are growing up to be really smart these days. They know when danger is on its way, and they are able to call for help.

Five-year-old Savannah from Indiana ended up being the person to save her father’s life due to the fact that she understood how to call 911 when her dad started to develop some pains in his chest.

Apart from just remaining calm in the face of danger, Savannah was able to clearly communicate with the dispatchers who answered the emergency line.

She also even gave the dispatchers a good laugh.

When Jason Bonham, the operator on the emergency line, asked the little girl what was wrong, she was able to speak to him and make him understand the issue that she- or rather, her father- was facing.

She said, “Um… my dad is having trouble breathing”

Bonham was sure to immediately dispatch an ambulance to their house

She told him, “Ok… you need to get here reaalll fast!”

Bonham assured the little girl that the right people were already on their way, he asked her if her dad was still awake. She responded that he was still conscious.

Bonham then asked her if the door to their house was unlocked.

She needed to ask her dad for that, and he said that the door wasn’t open. Bonham told her to go get the door unlocked, then she followed his instruction so that the emergency responders would be able to get into the home easily as soon as they got there.

In the meantime, she made sure that she was able to provide her dad with some comfort while he was still having issues with his breathing.

Remaining fully composed, Savannah said, “Don’t worry dad”

Bonham had some additional questions, and Savannah made sure to answer them,

He asked, “Can you ask him if he has ever experienced this before?”

She replied, “No. so far, so good. At least, he’s still alive”

Bonham said, “Hey, ask him if he is experiencing any chest pain”

She turned to her dad and asked, “Do you have any chest pain?”

Then, she told Bonham, “Yes. This is the first time”

At this point, Savannah became a little concerned.

“Ok, we’re in our jammies, and I’m also in a tank top, so I’ll need to get dressed up. I don’t know what I’m going to put on, but he really needs some oxygen, and really fast. Yes the door is already unlocked,” she said.

Bonham tried to get her to focus on her dad. He asked, “Is he still OK?”

She told him that he was, and that she was going to get changed in her room.

Bonham called to her, “Hey I’ll need you to stay with your dad”

She agreed, and then she decided to tell Bonham about another important member of their family.

She said, “Ok, I got that. We also have a dog that’s really… um… small”

She told Bonham that their dog is friendly, and that he chooses to bark sometimes

“Come on here, Lou. The ambulance is on its way. Come on. Lou! Come here!”

Bonham was in stitches. Thankfully, Savannah’s dad was fine.

Dog turns against his owner to save woman from s*xual assault

As one furry buddy proved, not all heroes wear capes – All some do is wag their tails!

A girl, who decided to stay anonymous, recently spoke out to Bored Panda and shared her experience from the time she got sexually harassed by her boss.

According to the woman, her boss overstepped all boundaries. Fortunately, however, she found an ally in his dog who turned against her owner and prevented a potential sexual assault.

Here’s what the girl said and how her story unfolded:

“I learned about this job through my father as he occasionally works for this man, and he adores my dad’s work and persona.

My boss is an older gentleman and has recently become single which leaves him in need of help either around the house, driving him, or walking his dog.

“I first met my boss in May of this year when I tagged along with my dad to renovate his kitchen. On my off days from my other job at the time, I would help my dad with his work despite being a girl.

“My first impression of him was a ‘Man in Power,’ someone who gets his way, doesn’t take bullshit from anyone and is brutally honest.

When I was there with my dad, my boss was completely respectful, never bothered us as we worked, generally no red flags at all.

“When there’s a dog in the room, I give all my attention to the good boy or girl. The main duty in my job description was to take care of this man’s dog: walk her, feed her, play with her.

I bonded with her when we first met and we reconnected around 2 weeks ago. She’s very sweet and always wants affection which I provide.”

Soon enough, however, things began taking a dark turn. The girl added:

“The first two days were normal because I still did not see any red flags and things were going great. Now my boss is a man who always gives hugs to ANYONE he greets.

Male, female, child. So I didn’t think anything weird of it until I started to feel his hand brushing against my thighs, my hips, my lower back…

“Then it got to the point where he wouldn’t let me go from a hug and hold me in place and despite my protest, he combated it with, ‘don’t worry, I know you enjoy it.’

He had liked to make comments on my body and say how he enjoyed viewing me. I usually tried to laugh it off and walk away because I’m not a confronting person and am scared to hurt other’s feelings.

“I was sitting on the sofa tying my shoes with the dog laying by my feet and I became surprised when I suddenly felt hands pulling on my hips.

I moved forward and told him no. He came around the sofa and started walking straight towards me saying how he’s going to ‘tickle’ me.

I panicked and called the dog’s name along with, ‘help me’ or ‘protect me’ to distract him for a little longer before he touched me again.

“To my surprise, she got up and stood guard growling & barking at him.

He was surprised but also laughing and told me to make her stand down and reward her by saying ‘good girl.’ My boss then walked away and didn’t touch me for the rest of the time I was there.

“I’m not an expert on dog behavior and I don’t understand why a dog would disobey its master over someone it barely knows.

ut from what I have gathered, dogs have a tendency to protect those in distress so she probably detected something was wrong and that I was panicking.

Some people could say that she may ‘feel his wrath’ after disobeying him, but he really loves his dog and I don’t see any signs of an abused animal. She’s just as healthy and bright as I met her.”

After the girl’s story went viral, plenty of people backed her up and praised the brave dog for standing up against her owner.

“The fact his dog turned on him is a sign, count your blessings and hope you find a better employee,” one person shared.

“If a dog that barely knows you leap at its owner with no apparent ‘danger’, something’s fu*ked up,” another one added.

What are your thoughts on the girl’s experience and the dog’s reaction to harassment? Let us know in the comments and don’t forget to SHARE this post with your friends and family!

Pit bull grabs baby, dragging her outside — Mom shocked as she looks out door

A mom woke up to her dog going crazy in the backyard, so she let her in. Almost immediately, the dog ran back to the baby’s room and began dragging the girl towards the front door.

The mom was horrified and went to go grab the girl before the dog hurt her — that’s when she saw what was outside.

Nana Chaichanhda doesn’t usually leave the family’s 8-month-old pit bull Sasha outside overnight, but one night she did. As she slept in her home in Stockton, California, she was awakened by a ruckus at 11 p.m. It was Sasha, banging and crying at the back door, and she wasn’t quieting down.

So, Nana got out of bed and went to investigate why Sasha was making so much noise. Figuring that the dog just wanted to come inside, Nana opened the door.

“I open it and she runs in and starts barking at me like crazy, and I was like, ‘OK, this is weird. This is not like her,’” Nana recalled, speaking to FOX40 after the harrowing ordeal that unfolded.

Almost immediately after darting into the house, Sasha bolted towards a back bedroom, where Nana’s 7-month-old daughter slept. Meanwhile, with her dog still going nuts, Nana began to look around for the source of the problem.

It was obvious something had startled her dog, and the 30-year-old mom wanted to make sure there wasn’t an intruder, another animal, or something even worse lurking about.

As she investigated to see what might have upset the dog, Nana opened another door of her home and her heart immediately began to race. There was an inferno rising in her complex which housed four families.

With a neighboring unit on fire, Nana realized the flames were spreading toward her home, threatening her children who were sleeping inside.

Seeing the blaze quickly beginning to spread from the neighbor’s unit to her own, Nana began to panic. She needed to get her sleeping children out immediately.

Running back inside, she realized Sasha was way ahead of her. Instead of heading for safety, the pit bull pup was trying to pull 7-month-old Masailah off the bed and outside by the baby’s diaper.

“She had already had my baby by the diaper and was dragging her off the bed,” Nana told FOX40. “I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, what are you doing?’”

The family was able to exit the building and wake the neighbors. The complex was evacuated with everyone getting to safety, and emergency services were called. Firefighters fought to put out the blaze, but the home was destroyed.

However, thanks to Sasha, no one was hurt. “It meant a lot. I owe her everything. If it wasn’t for her, I would have still been in bed and things could have taken a worse turn,” Nana said.

Sasha has since been hailed a hero after alerting the family to the fire and attempting to save the baby she’d developed a special bond with after the two were born just a few short days apart, according to the mom.

Although Nana knew her dog and baby shared a close bond, it’s now apparent that it went deeper than even she realized. The young mother is, of course, grateful to her little pit bull pup for sounding the alarm and trying to save the baby.

“I owe Sasha my life and my children’s,” Nana said. “She saved us all. She is our hero. Without her, we probably would’ve never made it out.” There’s a reason dogs are called man’s best friend. Sasha just showed everyone why.

Before he hanged himself, a 13 year old wrote this letter. His parents only want that his story be told.

Daniel Joseph Fitzpatrick was only a couple of weeks short of his fourteenth birthday when he took his own life. His 17-year-old sister, Kristen, discovered him on August 11, hanged with his own belt.

His folks, Maureen and Daniel Sr. , were overpowered with pain but they would not like to let that prevent them from sharing his important and heartbreaking story. Daniel had been tenaciously harassed until he saw no other way out.

The teenager composed a multi-paged suicide take note of that his folks chose to distribute. He depicts how his 6th grade classmates and previous friends at his Catholic school abruptly betrayed him and how he had been subjected to every day harassing assaults:

“… Anthony took it all out on me. He bullied me along with John, Marco, Jose, and Jack they did it constantly until I went into a fight with Anthony everyone stopped except John he was angry…

I ended up fighting John and got a fractured pinkie,” Daniel, also known as Danny, wrote that they teased him because of his weight, his grades, because he wasn’t as “tough” as the other boys. “I gave up. The teachers either didn’t do ANYTHING.”

“My son’s story is now out there for the world to see and for the world to know the pain that he went through,” said Daniel’s father in a voice hoarse with emotion in an 18-minute video he posted on Facebook.

“No child should have to go through what my son went through.” In the poignant recording, the mechanic also explained the he and his wife didn’t feel the school treated their concerns seriously when they took Danny’s troubles to the principal.

“All I got was and all HE got was, ‘He’ll be fine. Is he in counselling? You have to try harder, Danny. These things will pass.’”

Daniel Sr. also had strong words for the parents of the boys Danny named in his suicide note: “You get to hold your children every night and every day for the rest of your lives and their natural lives.

I don’t get that anymore. Your little monsters took that from me. And my wife. And his sisters. Danny was a kind, gentle little soul. He didn’t have a mean bone in his body…

I just want to hear him say, ‘good morning, dad’ one more time and that way I could tell him ‘good morning’ and ‘I love you,’ which I did every every day.”

In their deepest grief, Daniel Fitzgerald’s family hopes that with their decision to publish his story, more attention will be directed to the problem of bullying and its fatal consequences.

Nothing can bring the 13-year-old back to life. But if others open their ears to victims of bullying and support them, perhaps other children can be saved from a similar fate.

Police officer adopts 8 year old boy he saved from severe child abuse.

Jody Thompson responded to a call in 2015 where he discovered a terrible situation of child abuse.

When Thompson arrived at the scene, he was stunned to see a severely underweight boy, his wrists bound by belts, with bruises along his back and a huge knot on his head.

The 8 year old boy had been submerged in a trash can full of cold water. He weighed just 61 pounds at the time.

“He did not have a spot on his body that didn’t have a bruise or abrasion,” Thompson said. “It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen.”

After covering the boy, who was named John, with a blanket, Thompson took him to an Oklahoma Children’s Advocacy Center so detectives and investigators could take photographs.

When they were done, Thompson drove him to the emergency room. “I sat with him,” Thompson said. “And when he was admitted into the intensive care unit, I sat all night until the next day.”

Thompson refused to let John out of his sight. He knew from the first moment he saw him he wanted to take care of him for the rest of his life. “When I’d seen him in that house shivering and his hands tied, just soaking wet and confused.

I knew at that moment the only time I would be satisfied and sure that he was safe is if he was with me,” Thompson said.

The next day, Jody applied to be a foster parent to John. He was already a father to two boys, then ages 15 and 8, and he and his wife, Jeannie, would find out within a few days that she was pregnant with another boy.

But, this big family wasn’t done growing. About seven months later, John’s biological mother delivered a baby girl in jail and Jody and Jeannie became foster parents to her, as well.

Jody and Jeannie later officially adopted both John and his sister Paizley. Today, they are a family of seven. Jody never planned to be the father of such a large family, but sometimes, the best things are those that we never even considered.

He said, “John’s the toughest guy I’ve ever met”, explaining that his son had to testify on his own behalf during the trial. Though it’s difficult, Thompson said his family is ready to put the past behind them. “John is amazing.

He’s a straight-A student, on the honor roll, in the gifted and talented program, involved in the local drama club,” Thompson said of his now 10-year-old son. “That kid’s very resilient. He bounced back from this.”

Overweight woman arrested for starving three siblings to death and forcing them to live in deplorable conditions

35-year-old Jennifer Stout was asked to take good care of her three siblings but she nearly starved them to death and forced them to live in filthy conditions.

The overweight woman was arrested and charged by Allegheny County Police with three counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of aggravated assault.

The youngest of the siblings, a two-year-old, lost 8 pounds in three months. His weight dropped from 27 pounds to only 19 pounds.

A doctor who treated the toddler said she had “never observed such a rapid weight loss in a 2-year-old in all her years practicing medicine.”

This 2-year-old was very malnourished that his hair started to fall out. He also had ligature marks on his ankles and wrists, and also bruises and other injuries.

It is not clear why DaNette Turner, the mother of the children, left the kids with Stout. Turner had stopped communicating with her family, so the children’s grandfather, Gerald Turner, tracked them down using social media.

Gerald used the platform in the hopes of finding the children, and Stout responded to his post.

But when the family went to the place where the children were being kept, their aunt brought them right away to the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

Gera Turner, the children’s aunt, said that they were living in ‘deplorable conditions.’ She also told the police that the 2-year-old was lying on a mat and that he and other two siblings, aged 12 and 9, looked ‘severely unkempt.’

Stout admitted she should’ve taken the children to doctors sooner. She also said that DaNette Turner didn’t want the kids anymore.

The 35-year-old is being held on $25,000 bond as police continue to search for DaNette Turner.
